Pipe Fabrication

With our skilled team of ASME Section IV qualified welders and our state-of-the-art equipment we can efficiently execute your pipe fabrication project. Our pipe shop is set up to efficiently fabricate launchers, receivers, and carbon steel and stainless steel pipe spools. The entire facility is served by overhead cranes. The material and production flow is designed to minimize handling. Our semi-automatic weld manipulators and robotic welder produce welds at a rate and quality that is unmatched by any other process.

We offer turnkey pipe fabrication packages including X-ray, magnetic particle and hydrostatic pressure testing, sandblasting and painting services complete with quality control documents.

No job is too small, we routinely turn out “next” day pipe spools complete with quality control documents.
